We helped to provide the Executive with analysis of the root cause of delivery problems, and developed a roadmap for a future HR vision. Stood up an HR Shared Service organization as part of a global HR Transformation project.

Global Bank with 50,000 employees – Provided impact assessment, business case, transition road map and implementation of global HR shared services organization. Managed people, process and technology work teams and stood up HR service center capability.

Global Diversified Manufacturer with 75,000 employees- We worked with the HR executive team to quantify executive leadership requirements and HR performance gaps. Developed an HR strategy map linking HR outcomes to business requirements, and developed a 3 year HR transformation road map. Provided PMO for multi year HR transformation project.
